To walk. Anna Claire has been taking steps on her own. We are up to 5 and counting...
and learning to put our toys away...just not in the right spot.
I made this last night for dinner. So good and so good for you!
Salad:
2 cups chopped Rotisserie Chicken
1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup sliced fresh basil
2 Cans Cannelinni Beans, drained and rinsed
Dressing:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 T EVOO
1 T fresh lemon juice
2 t. dijon mustard
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. ground pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
Mix salad ingredients together gently. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Mix gently. Serve at room temperature or cold.
