Cukes and Limelights

This is what happens when you go away for 4 days and leave your garden unattended. Oh, but let me tell you, there are some amazing refrigerator pickles marinating in my fridge.

For my birthday this year, Mike bought me 2 limelight hydrangea bushes. I was so excited when, on my Wednesday, my actual birthday, I went outside and the blooms had started popping open.

Have a wonderful Weekend!

Gorgeous flowers. I'm tempted to plant some, but I'm not sure where...or what color. Though, those limelights are gorgeous!

Your limelights look beautiful! Mine have just started to bloom and I am loving it! I planted them last year and this year they have doubled in size....just something to look forward too. :)

I would love to hear your pickle recipe! I've got cukes coming on in a big way!

Your hydrangeas are so pretty. And was that your strawberry cake I read about recently?? :)

Happy belated birthday.
