The Weekend

We are off to a softball tournament this afternoon and I'm finding it is UNBELIEVABLE how much you have to pack for a 10-week old!!! I'm loving every minute of it!

The weather is going to be wonderful here the next few days so we'll be spending a lot of time outside enjoying the sunshine and hopefully getting a little bit of tan.

Here are some pictures from the past week of our sweet girl!

She is a little too small for the carrier we have, but she loved being outside and looking around. Abby finally realized why she isn't getting nearly as much attention as she used.

Have a wonderful weekend everybody!

Anna Claire sure looks good in that carrier Mike has on. Are you going to let him coach 3rd base with Anna Claire attached????? LOL

Darling. Just darling! Have a great time this weekend... I'm sitting on my porch right now - it's the most beautiful day here in Nashville!

It is funny how much is required to take care of such a tiny little thing isn't it? :-)

Abby may have figured out why she's not getting as much attention, but it also looks like Anna Claire has figured out who's in charge! What a joy - God's love in action! And, yes, you are pretty much a pack mule for the next how ever many years - isn't it awesome?!

I just love the photos!! I also love having Henry in the Baby Bjorn. He just snuggles right in, and then his little head is the perfect height for frequent kisses (my husband calls me the kiss piggie)! Have such a fun weekend with your precious family, Sarah! :)

Hi Sarah-
I'm Carrie and my new blog is called "Pieces of my Heart" at southerninsemmes.blogspot.com. I signed up to follow your blog (without really understanding how to create one myself) as carrierodgers3...anyway, I didn't want you to not know who was peeking at your page, which by the way... I adore.

sarah,
you don't know me, and yet i feel compelled to tell you what encouragement i feel, after reading your blog. our family has walked through the dark time of losing our sweet unborn girl 2 wks ago, and am i just starting to see the cloud lifting. i cannot tell you how my spirit is lifted by reading your story, and seeing the miracle of your precious anna claire. i am rejoicing with your family! GOD is good, sovereign, and His ways are far above mine.
